CHOOSING THE RIGHT BJJ MOUTHGUARD:

Our most popular choice for BJJ athletes is a thin mouthguard. Designed specifically to be light weight with no obstructions while breathing, talking or drinking water. CHOOSING A CUSTOM-FIT BJJ MOUTHGUARD:

If you’re looking for a tight fit that won't ever slip off your teeth, then our Custom Fit PRO Guards will be the perfect GuardLab BJJ mouthpiece. Custom Fit mouthguards are measured by an At-Home Impression Kit or by a 3D Scan.

Choosing the right level of protection for your mouthguard:

• Level 1 is our thinnest mouthguard, with a single color base, and thin clear material for the inside palette. 
• Level 2 is our medium thick mouthguard, but still quite thin.  It is similar to level 1 but the material is 1mm thicker over the teeth, and thin clear material for the inside palette.
• Level 3 offers the most protection, it is worn by all MMA, Muay Thai and Boxers. If you are used to a thicker mouthguard, you can still use Level 3 for BJJ or MMA.  However, we do not recommend level 1 or 2 for MMA.  Level 3 has double layer protection throughout the mouthguard but it won't be too bulky or heavy. It is still tapered to your mouth and fits tightly on your teeth, without obstructing your breathing.
