GuardLab® becomes an Official Partner of the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts and MLSE
June 18, 2018 – New York based mouthguard brand GuardLab® and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), announced today that GuardLab is the Official Mouthguard of the Toronto Argonauts for the 2018-2019 season.
As the current Champions of the 105th Grey Cup, GuardLab is excited to support the team and be a part of Canada’s largest sports market, the Canadian Football League. The two-year agreement will include custom PRO and ARC-PRO mouthguards, made with 3D Technology, which were outfitted for players of the team during training camp. Players will be sporting their own individual styles, ranging from personal slogans to team logos -- allowing the players to add to their on-field personalities.
The Toronto Argonauts are the newest team to join MLSE, one of the world’s premier sports and entertainment companies that owns the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), Toronto Raptors(NBA) and Toronto FC (MLS). MLSE is one of North America’s premier sports and entertainment organizations, and strives to deliver championships to the city and fans and bring the world to its feet.
Canadian Football fans will soon be able to purchase APEX™ mouthguards with the Toronto Argonauts logo inside BMO Field and at select Canadian retailers. APEX™ Semi-Custom guards use patented pre-indentation technology to create a better fitting and more comfortable boil and bite guard that’s suitable for kids, youth and adults.
Toronto fans can also access an exclusive GuardLab Certified Dentist in the area for custom 3D scanned mouthguards and personalize their guards with text, colours or graphics when ordering online at www.guardlab.com.
Following each Toronto Argonauts game, fans can vote on social media for their favourite “GridLock Guardian of the Game” for the best defensive player, which is presented by GuardLab.

GuardLab is an innovative mouthguard brand that combines 3D technology with quality materials to empower athletes everywhere through protection, performance, and recovery. At GuardLab, technology comes first. The 3D scanning process allows GuardLab to capture the details that make every athlete’s mouth unique. Along with the precise scanning, GuardLab uses TRAUMASHIELD™ material, a proprietary blend of plastic, across its product line to ensure affordable and protective mouthguards are available to customers everywhere.
“We are very happy to partner with GuardLab, we know they are a company and product we can trust. The players really enjoy their new mouthguards and the feedback on the product’s look, feel and safety has been extremely positive,” said Scott Shannon, Head Athletic Trainer, Toronto Argonauts.
